We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your company data, customer information, and transaction records are stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Data Ownership

All data entered into the platform remains the property of your company. We do not claim ownership of any customer data, financial records, or business information you enter into the system.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoWork Space platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
